While hoping to one day return to Japan, her struggles in this another world continue—. เรื่องราวจะเล่าถึง Kaede เด็กสาวมัธยมปลายธรรมดาคนหนึ่ง ที่จู่ ๆ ก็พบว่าตัวเองได้มาเกิดใหม่ในโลกแฟนตาซีที่เต็มไปด้วยมนุษย์สัตว์ เอลฟ์ และมังกร หลังจากใช้เวลาทั้งวันเดินเร่ร่อนเพื่อหาทางเอาตัวรอดในโลกใบใหม่นี้ Kaede ก็ได้ลองค้นกระเป๋าของตัวเองดู และเจอหนังสือลึกลับเล่มหนึ่ง ซึ่งกลายเป็นกุญแจสำคัญเพราะหนังสือเล่มนี้เปิดโอกาสให้เธอ "สร้างโพชั่น" ได้ง่าย ๆ แค่รวบรวมวัตถุดิบที่จำเป็นแล้วร่ายคำว่า “Create” เมื่อได้พลังนี้มา Kaede จึงตั้งใจจะใช้มันเป็นหนทางเอาตัวรอดในโลกใบใหม่ และหาทางกลับไปยังญี่ปุ่นให้ได้ในสักวันหนึ่ง!!
